A year after its launch, Animal Crossing: New Horizons is surprisingly still making waves online. Not only is the game's community excited about the upcoming free New Horizons update, but fans are also highly anticipating the arrival of the paid DLC that brings more customized interior design into the game. Now, the Japanese development team reveals more information about the Happy Home Paradise DLC of ACNH, and showcases some of the details found inside the island's upcoming Paradise Planning office.

The Happy Home Paradise paid DLC was first announced on October 15, 2021 during a Nintendo Direct, and likely surprised many of the game's fans when the release date was announced to be on November 5, not even a month later. Though the free update laid rumors about the arrival of the iconic Animal Crossing barista Brewster and his cafe, fans seem to not have expected that a paid DLC would make its way to Animal Crossing: New Horizons. However, the sheer amount of content plus the addition of the Paradise Planning features will likely entice old players to return, and new players to give the life simulation game a try.

To sate the fans' curiosity of what the Paradise Planning office would look like ahead of the Happy Home Paradise DLC release, the official Japanese Animal Crossing Twitter account shared a couple of photos of the office's interior. In two separate posts, the team shared the first floor and the second floor of the office. On the first floor, returning character Lottie is seen on her desk ready to assist the player on renovating home interiors, while her companion Wardell stands beside what looks like a new souvenir shop on the left side of the building.

The second Twitter post showcases some of the furniture and items found on the second floor of the Paradise Planning building. Here players can spot several usable pieces of furniture, such as a hammock where their characters can chill out, a locker to dress up in the many Animal Crossing: New Horizons fashion pieces, and even a mirror to switch out their physical appearances. There also seems to be a smaller recycling box on the far left side of the room, though it cannot be confirmed yet if it will be usable in the DLC.

With only a few days left until November 5, Animal Crossing: New Horizons fans do not have to wait longer until the free update and paid DLC arrives. Hopefully all the new content will be worth the $24.99 purchase point of the DLC.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is playable on the Nintendo Switch, with the Happy Home Paradise paid DLC launching on November 5, 2021.
