When the Animal Crossing: New Horizons free 2.0 update was released, many of the game's fans seemed to be very excited about the upcoming features, especially since the series' iconic Gyroids were making a comeback. Now, it seems ACNH fans are getting quite obsessed with the wiggly creatures, with online forums being filled with footage of players getting creative with their Gyroids. One such fan even found a way to replicate an orchestra by placing a ton of Gyroids inside a room and playing specific KK Slider music.

The ACNH free 2.0 update seems to be providing the game's current players with a good mix of old and new features. Cooking and farming in Animal Crossing: New Horizons has finally been implemented, alongside new quality-of-life changes such as DIY recipe storage, permanent ladders, and additional inclines. Other special villagers such as Mr. Resetti and Kapp'n make a return to the latest iteration, while players can now access features from previous versions such as hairdressing and island ordinances. However, it is interesting to see how the Gyroids have been cutely updated in ACNH, making it understandable why many players have taken to making so much content with them.

On Reddit, user coffeephilic shared a video that they took on Harv's Island in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. In the footage, their character is seen standing in a room surrounded by a lot of Gyroids. Dressed in formalwear and donning a Mozart-esque hairstyle, coffeephilic's character uses in-game emotes to seemingly "conduct" the orchestra of Gyroids they have put together. Moving together, the Gyroids seem to sync the sounds that they make to the soundtrack, which the Redditor identified as KK Adventure.

Many of the comments on the subReddit expressed their amusement for coffeephilic's video. Some asked how they were able to get that many Gyroids, given that the update has only been recently launched, and it can take players a lot of time to find and grow Gyroids in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Coffeephilic mentioned that they did use Harv's photo studio to replicate the Gyroids in order to place that many in the room, then used the turntable to play the soundtrack. According to the original poster, Gyroids will sync to the nearest source of music, which is why they placed the turntable in the room.

With so many Gyroids available in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, coffeephilic's creative video is likely not the last that will be posted on Reddit. Hopefully fans will not tire too quickly with the new update, and keep creating original content such as this entertaining Gyroid orchestra.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is available now for the Nintendo Switch.
