Arguably one of the most entertaining things about being part of the Animal Crossing: New Horizons community is seeing the different player creations shared online. Making use of special villager Harvey's Photopia island, many fans have worked hard since the game's launch to recreate their favorite scenarios across different fandoms. One player was even inspired enough to replicate an iconic scene from one of Disney's most popular animated films, Beauty and the Beast.

With Animal Crossing: New Horizons still breaking sales records in 2021, there is a high chance that many in the game's community are also big fans of the Disney franchise. In fact, some have already gone ahead and created Disney-themed content using the video game. One fan made an ACNH version of the Disney Hercules song "Zero to Hero," while another one built a Disney Magic Kingdom theme park on their island. With so many options available for players, it is not surprising for one to recreate scenes from the classic Disney movies.

Redditor ZigZagPier recently shared a photo of their Beauty and the Beast-inpsired ACNH scene on the forum. In the photo, the villager is dressed up like Belle, the movie's main leading lady. Seemingly holding hands with the villager is Elvis, one of the cranky Lion villagers in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, who is dressed in a blue coat instead of his normal red one. Both of the characters seem like they are just about to dance, in a room set up to look just like the grand ballroom found in the Beast's castle.

ZigZagPier also added a few minute details that really captured the iconic scene from Beauty and the Beast. This includes the bright chandelier on the ceiling, the grand piano, and even the draped columns in the walllpaper. They also added some small ACNH furniture items that have an uncanny resemblance to the movie's Lumiere, Cogsworth, Mrs. Potts, and Chip. The Redditor also mentioned that they had some help from their friends to build the scene up to what they finally posted on the thread.

Many fellow Animal Crossing: New Horizons fans were impressed by ZigZagPier's recreation. Some of them even commented that they could hear the theme song playing in their heads as they look at the image. Hopefully ZigZagPier continues to make Disney scene recreations, as it seems many in the ACNH community thoroughly enjoy seeing their favorite Disney movies come to life in the video game.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is available now for Nintendo Switch.
