Players are rolling up their sleeves and entering the world of Animal Crossing: New Horizons, to build their own island paradise from the ground up. Some fans are choosing to play the game in unusual ways, but most are just happy to have a new AC game to play. To celebrate, Nintendo and Good Smile Company are bringing back a classic Nendoroid figure for fans with a few extra bells in their pocket.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons has released to critical acclaim, and as the first main line entry in the franchise since 2012's Animal Crossing: New Leaf, fans are also excited to have a new world to explore. The enduring franchise offers an experience that is hard to quantify, as it gives the player a near endless amount of tasks to perform if the player is willing to invest the time. Interior design, village management, fossil collection, bug catching, fishing, the game really has it all. As such, Animal Crossing has developed a strong fanbase, and with any successful franchise, swaths of related merchandise hit the market.

In this case, Good Smile Company is bringing back an old favorite. The figure manufacturer is giving fans the chance, once again, to pick up the popular Isabelle Nendoroid. The Nendoroid line of figures feature characters from popular anime and video games, shrunk down into cute chibi proportions. When it comes to Animal Crossing, the characters already have the right dimensions to make the transition to the Nendoroid style easily. Isabelle's Nendoroid form comes with a variety of interchangeable expressions and accessories including a pen and clipboard. Pre-orders have now started for the figure.

The Nendoroid figures are known for their customizable features, something they share in common with Animal Crossing: New Horizons. The character creator in AC: New Horizons has seen a robust upgrade, allowing more options to create a character that reflects the player (or reflects the player's imagination). Players can also change their character's look so long as they have access to a mirror or dresser.

Unlike the changing styles of the Sam Porter Bridges Nendoroid figure, Isabelle doesn't have any different outfits for her Nendoroid, but the fact that this is the fourth release of the figure says something about the popularity of the character.

The Isabelle Nendoroid is available for pre-order now.
