The central location of Amnesia: the Bunker is the Central Bunker, a place filled to the brim with secrets, hidden items, and locked rooms. In order to complete the game, players will need to unlock several lockers inside Mission Storage; there are a total of eleven locked lockers, each with an associated dog tag and a name on it. Four of these dog tags with codes always appear in the same locations, but there is an element of randomization to the locations, and the numbers, of the other seven others.
Dog Tag Codes in Amnesia: the Bunker
Unfortunately for players, there is no way to just get all the codes for each of the lockers. Each game will have randomized numbers on each of the dog tags; it will be a four-digit code, but there does not seem to be a way to guess what number combos each game will have ahead of time. So, in order to unlock all the lockers and get the achievement in Amnesia: the Bunker, players will need to manually collect each of the dog tags.
Dog Tags in Amnesia: the Bunker with One Location
There are a total of four dog tags with codes on them for lockers that always appear in the same places in Amnesia: the Bunker. This does not include Friloux's tag which is always found in the generator room with the code to open the main office in the central hub's door. These four are all important to the story quests and each will have a code corresponding to a locker.
Delisle Dog Tag

Delisle's dog tag will always be located in his room next to his body. There are two ways to get into his room; first, players can blow down the door. Second, players can enter the officer's lounge right next to Delisle's room, then head to the back corner. There is a vent that is not screwed in place, so players can just pick it up and move it out of the way. There are some planks in the way, but those can easily be pulled off of the wall.
Clement Dog Tag

In order to get to the barracks, players will need to first grab the emergency valve and open the door to maintenance. After that door is open, walk down the hallway into the barracks; these entrance doors will be locked. Players can either knock down these wooden doors with heavy objects, blow them up, or they can walk around to the secondary entrance on the other side of the room. Just follow the halls around to the left and left again to find it.
Stafford Dog Tag
Dog Tag Location: The Pillbox

Foreman Stafford's dog tag is always in up inside the pillbox. The pillbox is a lookout station where soldiers can watch over the battlefield and shoot from; this is located in the Pillbox section past the soldier's bunks. After unlocking the pillbox door or blowing up the storage room door next door then the wall between the pillbox and the storage room, head up the ladder to find the tag on the ground near the body there. Open up the Foreman's locker to get the wrench.
Lambert Dog Tag
Dog Tag Location: Outside the Roman Tunnels

In order to get Lambert's tag, players will need the bolt cutters in Amnesia: the Bunker. Head into the Armory, then follow the sign to the Tunnels. Use the cutters to open up the door, then head into the water. Turn on the electricity to th Tunnels, then head back to the door players just used the bolt cutters on to turn on the water drainer machine. Now go back through the water section and keep heading through until players find the Roman Tunnels.
In the same Roman room players find the Detonator, look at the back wall; there will be a crawl space that will lead players outside. Around the edge of the puddle there will be Lambert's dog tag near a plush rabbit doll.
Randomized Dog Tags Locations in Amnesia: the Bunker
The rest of the dog tags can be in one of several random locations in this 2023 horror game. Any of the remaining dog tags can be in the red star locations; the dog tags that never move are the green stars.
If players count them, they will notice that there are 22 total red and green stars in the map above and only 20 total dog tags; this is because two dog tag locations will be empty in every playthrough, but there is a little bit of RNG to which ones are missing. Players should check all these locations to make sure they nab all 20 of the dog tags if they want to 100% this PC survival horror game.
