The aim is the most important aspect of a competitive shooter game. In Valorant, players either use their aim to best other players, or use their abilities to outwit and kill enemies. However, good ability usage can only take a player to a certain level. To break past this barrier, players must develop a steady and precise aim.

AimLabs is a free-to-play aim trainer available on Steam that can help players improve their aim over time, with daily practice. The application has its own DPI and sensitivity options, so players can input them as per their original Valorant settings. Once all the settings have been checked, players can jump in and try out the different challenges and follow a routine every day. Aim doesn't improve overnight, but these routines can help with time and regular practice.

8 DecisionShot (Speed)

Aim Labs Valorant DecisionShot Speed

This aim challenge requires players to shoot at an orb (either blue or red). After shooting this orb, two orbs will appear (both red and blue). Match the color of the previous orb and shoot it. Distance between the orbs varies, which makes the shooting mechanic unpredictable.

DecisionShot (Speed) is a useful exercise for Valorant players, since it gets gamers into the habit of shooting a particular target out of many. This is useful in a situation where there are multiple enemies at a given site and a player has to decide which enemy to shoot at first.

7 StrafeTrack (Ultimate)

Aim Labs Valorant StrafeTrack Ultimate

This aim challenge features an orb that strafes back and forth randomly. This tests a player's ability to track a target and keep the crosshair on it. The challenge doesn't require the player to shoot at the target, but rather to follow the target until its health bar depletes.

StrafeTrack (Ultimate) is one of the most important exercises to practice for any competitive shooter title since it improves players' ability to track and shoot a target while it is in motion.

6 SpiderShot (Precision)

Aim Labs Valorant SpiderShot Precision

This AimLabs exercise helps players master the precision of their aim in all directions. At first, they are required to shoot an orb, following which another one will appear in a random direction. Additionally, the new orb stays for a short duration. If they miss this shot, players will lose points.

Additionally, the orbs keep adjusting their sizes considering how well the player is doing. Thus, this makes SpiderShot (Precision) an adaptive exercise that tests and helps one improve as per their ability.

5 SixShot (Ultimate)

Aim Labs Valorant SixShot Ultimate

This exercise features six small targets that appear on the screen randomly. Players are required to shoot these targets until the time runs out. However, there's a catch: another orb spawns when one has been shot down. So, there are always six targets on the screen.

In a competitive shooter game like Valorant, flicking from one target to another becomes a very important skill that players must possess and work on as they climb up the ranking system. SixShot (Ultimate) is just the right task to be practicing for developing a skill as such.

4 MotionShot (Speed)

Aim Labs Valorant MotionShot Speed

MotionShot (Speed) tests players' ability to shoot in different directions. The exercise starts with a center orb that players are required to shoot down in order to spawn another moving orb in a random direction. This orb moves in a random direction and stays up for a short duration.

The player loses points on missing an orb, and the time it stays up varies with the player's performance. Thus, MotionShot (Speed) is another adaptive exercise that tests the shooting accuracy and speed of a player.

3 MicroShot (Speed)

Aim Labs Valorant MicroShot Speed

MicroShot (Speed) helps players improve their ability to perform Micro Flicks. This exercise is quite similar to SpiderShot (Precision), with the only difference being that the range within which the orbs appear is considerably smaller than that of SpiderShot.

MicroShot (Speed) features a center orb at first, which must be shot down in order to spawn another orb in a random location. The latter stays up for a short duration, adapting to how well the player is doing.

2 SwitchTrack (Ultimate)

Aim Labs Valorant SwitchTrack Ultimate

SwitchTrack (Ultimate) features multiple orbs that circle around the player. These orbs change direction at random, and are to be tracked until the health meter above them runs out. This task mainly helps players improve their target switching, and also helps build upon their ability to track targets accurately.

In a situation where a player is pitted against two or more enemies at a site, they must make a quick decision on which target to shoot first. Additionally, targets do not stand still, but keep moving in different directions. This is where SwitchTrack (Ultimate) plays an important role in helping players improve in both aspects.

1 VCT Leer Shot

Aim Labs Valorant VCT Leer Shot

VCT Leer Shot is quite different from all the other training tasks as it features a small part of Haven's C-site. In this exercise, players are required to shoot at Reyna's Leer ability (blinding) by flicking from time to time and shooting at the bot that peeks at them.

Reyna's ability to blind and push sites makes her one of the most feared duelists. This task helps players improve their reaction time to shoot down her Leer ability and switch to other targets swiftly.

Valorant is currently available on PC.
