It's no secret that AEW professional wrestler Kenny Omega loves video games. His wrestling moves include the V-Trigger and the One-Winged Angel. Another of his moves, Croyt's Wrath, is named after a video compilation showing a Halo player screaming at players over Xbox Live. Now fans can learn Kenny Omega's list of the video games that defined him, after the wrestler responded to another wrestler, Brandi Rhodes, on social media.

Kenny Omega's first game won't surprise anyone. It's Final Fantasy 7, from which Kenny Omega took the names of his V-Trigger and One-Winged Angel moves. Kenny Omega also has a close relationship with Square Enix, doing an interview with Final Fantasy 7 Remake producer Yoshinori Kitase about the game's upcoming release just recently.

The remaining three games on Kenny Omega's list also have a lot of retro flair. There's Mega Man 2, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time, and finally Undertale. Kenny Omega notably walked to the ring dressed as Undertale's Sans in 2019. Undertale creator Toby Fox is apparently a big fan and even made a personalized intro for Kenny Omega.

Kenny Omega admitted that picking just for defining games was a difficult task for him and that he could double or even triple the list. Picking just four had to have been a challenge. For someone who video games clearly play such an important part of their lives, they picked a solid four to start. Video game fans have a home with AEW and a friend in Kenny Omega.

AEW Dynamite airs on TNT each Wednesday at 5:00 pm PT.
