Where to Start Ransacking Wenlocan

With the conclusion of War Weary, players have the choice of the Ransacking Wenlocan or The Supply Line quest. Selecting the former will point players in the direction of the Wenlocan Outpost, a named location to the southwest of Wenlocan Abbey. For those that have explored Sciropescire already, there is a nearby viewpoint that can be fast-traveled to in order to hasten the journey.

How to Completely Ransack the Wenlocan Outpost

The overarching goal of this quest is to steal all the cargo at this location in order to weaken the forces in this region of England. To make this a challenge, however, there are plenty of enemies occupying this outpost. Additionally, there are a few captured soldiers here that can be released to aid in ransacking this outpost. All told, there are seven chests that players need to loot, and these are spread all over the outpost.

To start, there are three chests on the tree platforms that hang over this outpost, but these are guarded by a handful of archers. Aside from these, there are a pair of chests in the northwestern platform inside the cliff. On the ground floor of this outpost along the western cliff is an entrance to a tunnel. Inside here are a pair of chests as well as the captured allies inside a large cage.

Players have a pair of other chests in a small alcove along this western wall as well. If any of these prove to be a struggle to locate, Eivor's Odin Vision will highlight each one.

Of note at this location is a hidden treasure chest within the same alcove as those last two chests and behind a moveable stone. Behind this is a small room that contains the Brigandine Helm, a bear-aligned helmet that is a part of the larger Brigandine armor set. This is a middle-tier armor set in Assassin's Creed Valhalla and a good option for the Sciropescire arc. Once players have collected all the cargo from this location, the quest will update and conclude.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
