How to Begin the Pilgrimage to St. Albanes?

After Brewing Rebellion, players need to work their way to the small town of Linforda and track down Sigurd. He can be found waiting on a wooden bench next to the Basim by the riverbank. After the cutscene is complete, players need to bring these two characters to the nearby St. Albanes Abbey.

This location happens to be one of the raids in this area and is located to the southeast of Linforda. It is up to the player if they want to bring their entire Viking crew along for this quest or turn to stealth and avoid a larger fight. Raiding in Assassin's Creed Valhalla plays an important role in building up Ravensthorpe, but this location doesn't have to be raided in order to complete this quest.

Where to Find Fulke in Assassin's Creed Valhalla?

For those looking to follow the more subtle approach, the goal is to enter the large church at the rear of St. Albanes Abbey. Most of the traditional doors for this structure cannot be opened, leaving the windows along the second floor the main point of entry. These windows are easily broken and players need to retrieve the key on one of the interior guards to progress. There are a handful of enemies inside, but none are particularly strong. Through the locked door and down the stairs is the monastery's crypt where Fulke is being held.

Guarding this character is a monk that players need to speak to in order to free her. Opening conversation with this monk presents players with three options: initiate violence, bribe the monk, or lean on charisma. Regardless of how players get the door to open, Fulke will ask the player to follow her and lead them out of the area and trigger the final cutscene. While she will be involved in major plot points, there are none of Assassin's Creed Valhalla's major decisions in this scene.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
