After either the conclusion of the Lunden or the East Anglia arc in Assassin's Creed Valhalla, players open up the opportunity to pursue an alliance in Oxenefordscire. Once players speak with Randvi at the Alliance Map in Ravensthorpe's Longhouse and make their pledge for this region in England, they start the quest Brewing Rebellion.

This quest introduces some of the major players in this portion of Assassin's Creed Valhalla and involves a massive fight in a longhouse. For those players looking to take on and complete Brewing Rebellion, this guide is here to help.

Where to Begin Brewing Rebellion?

Brewing Rebellion begins in the small village of Buckingham in Oxenefordscire. This location has a fast-travel harbor for those that have visited previously but, for all others, it is southwest of Ravensthorpe and along the Great Ouse River. Once in the area, players have to locate where Sigurd and Basim are in this town.

To do so, head towards the alehouse in town (the large building near the river) and enter it to begin the investigation. Speaking with the woman near the front entrance will bring up the option to bribe, threaten, or use Charisma to learn about the whereabouts of Sigurd. Regardless of the path, players will be directed towards the solitary fishing hut near the river. Entering this structure will begin the cutscene.

How to Advance Brewing Rebellion?

After a conversation with Basim and Sigurd, players need to work their way away from the river and towards the Longhouse in town. Players need to force open the eastern entrance to activate the next phase of the quest. Regardless of conversation choice in the following scene, players will be dropped into a fight with a handful of enemies in the Longhouse. Basim and Sigurd will assist, but there are some higher-difficulty enemies in here as well. Another cutscene will play once the fight is concluded.

The final portion of the quest takes players to the Leah Villa Garrison which is in this region of England but to the southwest of Buckingham. This location is filled with enemies, and they patrol almost the entire area but approaching from the south will activate a cutscene. The key here is to free the captured thegns (three of which are on the center stage near the entrance with the other in a cage a little further north) without any casualties.

Regardless of stealth, a fight will erupt and players will need to work their way to a designated safe spot to the south of Leah Villa Garrison. With this complete, players need to work their way back to Buckingham and speak with Geadric just outside the Longhouse.
